Missing CAPTCHA image

I just got feedback from StudioPress support; perhaps this is helpful… the captcha url has an error – failed to load :

Is there a permissions setting on a file that I need to change?

Correction to the URL posted earlier today; this is the form that isn’t showing the CAPTCHA image:

… also, when I click the refresh button, I get this error: “Could not read CAPTCHA cookie. Try again.”

Your server configuration is blocking the captcha php file. You have to figure out how to remove that block.
