    Hi,

    I am getting an error message *The postcode supplied is invalid* since I updated WooCommerce.

    Do I need to update any settings?

    Hi Louise,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Using “XX200 X” as the postcode (one of the test postcodes) returns the correct response, so I suspect the issue is with your getAddress.io API key.

    Could you send me the API key from the Settings in WooCommerce please? Don’t post it on here – if you can email it to me at gazchap at gmail dot com I’ll check my test installation with it. (my test setup is running WooCommerce 4.5.2 with no problems)
