Missing breadcrumbs after update

  • After I updated the theme, breadcrumbs disappeared. They are enabled through Yoast and my settings have not been touched. What would cause this issue with Yoast?

    Hi,

    by default, this theme recommends the Breadcrumb NavXT for displaying the breadcrumb navigation. If you use another breadcrumb plugin, you probably had to add a custom code to some template files. But if you modify a theme directly and it is updated, then your modifications may be lost. To ensure that your modifications are preserved, I recommend you to create a child theme.
