• We have come across something strange:
    – A user with an account logs in and books an event.
    – When the user goes to Manage My Bookings, they can see that booking in the template/website environment.
    – The user now selects their profile link in the black bar top/right and is transported to the WordPress user environment.
    – With the left side links there is an Events Manager link to Bookings.
    – When that is selected, the booking is not displayed.
It appears to be a problem with the module or possibly the way the template (Enfold) communicates with WordPress. I think Events Manager wants you to use the Booking Manager that they have set up in the template environment. Still it should not be offered in the WordPress area if it won’t work there. Can you shed some light on this?

    Hi,

do you have a sample screenshot for us to easily visualize the issue? also, you can try to install and activate WP Safe Mode to narrow down the problem and see if there’s any possible plugin or theme conflict.

Here’s a little video you can download to see the issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7hdb9165573oskg/booking-example.mov?dl=0

I’m not inclined to use wp-safe-mode – it’s not tested with my version and the reviews are bad for this app. Instead I deactivated all non-Events Manager plugins and the same condition exists.

Any chance someone can finish diagnosing this issue?

I see what you mean, an alternative option would be using frontend bookings management page under Events > Settings > Pages > Other Pages > Manage bookings page instead of using the admin dashboard.

Thanks for looking and your note. We already are aware of this option. It seems like Events Manager should not offer the profile version of bookings if it doesn’t work properly.
