Missing Background Image and Icons

I am using the free version. I tried uploading a logo, it doesn’t show up. Maybe this is a premium feature? I tried using a file from my media library.
Also, the social media icons do not show up. They are white circle icons instead.
I have tried viewing the site from other computers and my phone as well. Same problem.
