Hi. I am sure going to miss having color options while working with tables, so much I may have to even roll back to an earlier WP version where Tinymce works (numerous sites). Any chance that will be added back in?

I do know that this is not the revenue producing version of your plug-in, and you probably really had to hump to get it working to this point, but it really doesn’t seem to be a replacement for TinyMCE. Does the pro version allow you to fiddle with the color attributes in table cells, columns, rows?

    Thanks.

I’m working on a color solution.

I’m not sure why WP or Tinymce removed the hex color option. I know they are going for a more consolidated, minimized editor… but that was certainly a popular, much needed feature.

I do have a button in the pro version which allows for hex color insertion of both background and foreground colors.

I will keep on the lookout for a free version which I can include in WP Edit.

Regarding Pro and tables.. I will be experimenting with this today. Please follow up with me here in 24 hours, if I have not posted back.

    Thank you, very much!

Here is more info on the tables with tinymce4:

That plugin uses the exact same tinymce4 framework as WP Edit… and the authors comments pertain to this plugin as well.
