Missing argument 3 for GFMijirehCheckout::get_donation_query_string()

Guess what? If you choose a Product/Service instead of a donation – it’ll work fine. Looks like there’s an issue with donations.

I believe this issue has been resolved in my updated version of this plugin on GitHub: https://github.com/robertstaddon/mijireh-checkout-for-gravity-forms
