Missing alt tags

    Dear support

    I am working on SEO, and now realize that the image from Simple Author Box does not have an alt tag. My theme is Enfold. Everything is updated.

    It is very strange, but I can not find the image in my media library.

    I have read, that the issue with missing alt tags was fixed many versions ago. I have tried to search this forum, but can not find posts with this issue.

    I would be happy with help.

    Hi,
    Yes, unfortunately, the alt tag really is missing ?? I too thought we fixed that. I’ve added it to our to-do and we’ll see what’s going on.

    I am sorry for my late reply. I did not get a notification, so I did not know, you had answered.

    I have 1.420 of these issues and it really disturbs my SEO, and makes it difficult to see which SEO problems are real and which are structural (or what ever it is called).

    Do you have a time estimate? Will the trouble solving be faster, if I go pro?

    Hi Hanne,

    Unfortunately, we don’t give any dates for free plugin updates. It backfired far too many times. Sorry.

    Pro doesn’t have that bug so if it’s urgent for you switching to pro would fix it.
