Missing alt tag and duplicate h2

  • Hello,
    I have a problem on my site. All images take the alt tag, but the alt tag of the site’s logo is not displayed even if it is present in the media.
    In addition to this problem, doing a scan with seotesteronline is as if the h2 tags are duplicated.
    How can I solve these problems?
