Missing all of my admin options in wordpress admin page

  • Hi,

    I logged into my admin page and all of my admin options, plugins, etc. are missing. I know for sure this is the right account/email. I tried even my prior one and still nothing. Please help.

    do you have access to your webhosting account to be able to check in your database to see which email address is associated with the user of various roles?

    There can be 2 issues:
    1. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling WordPress (This will fix the problem in most cases)
    2. Try installing a different WordPress Theme
