Missing after install

I’ve installed this plugin and activated it, but I can’t find any reference to it outside of the Plugins page. The documentation says it is under the Elementor section, but it is not there as a new item nor in the other pages.

I have deactivated the plugin & reactivated as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin trying to troubleshoot the issue. I still cannot find the timeline menu.
