I inherited a site that uses this plugin for applications. They were wanting to make modifications to the current form being used. I didn’t think this would be a problem, so I go to the page where the form is, take note of the shortcode, then go to view all ads…but, an ad with that shortcut simply does not exist. I looked at all of them, and none of them match the shortcode being used on the page, it’s just not there. I’m not sure how this works because the form is STILL displayed on that page, but I have no idea where it is pulling from. I thought, alright, I’ll just rebuild the form. Cannot get the form to display via the shortcode, which is exactly how it is currently set up on the site.

I’ve installed this plugin on two other sites on completely different servers and still have the same issue with the shortcodes not displaying the form when added to a page. The only way I can get the form to display is by pasting the shortcode in the text area on the form builder and using the permalink. Maybe that’s how this plugin is supposed to work? Seems a bit odd to me that I can’t paste the shortcode on any page I wish and have the form display. Also, their current site already does this, but as I said, that ad does not exist on the site. I’ve tried rebuilding the form and pasting the shortcode in place of the current shortcode, but it doesn’t display.

Are we supposed to be using the shortcode on the form builder and using the permalinks? If so, fine, I can work with that, but that’s not at all how it is on their current site, but on multiple sites I’ve tried, adding the shortcode for the ad to a page just will not display.

Any clarification will be helpful. Thanks in advance
