Missing admin bar in benzer theme

I have checked that the “Show toolbar when viewing site” is ticked.
I have also tried most of the suggestions from this link: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21277190/wordpress-admin-bar-not-showing-on-frontend.
The admin bar is still not showing.
