Missing a temporary folder

  • I know this has been asked before, but I didnt find a resolution and
    i didnt see one in the sticky.

    I just dumped a different website service today and now I am getting this error message on the latest WordPress.

    “Missing a temporary folder.”

    I did the “automatic” install with Yahoo Web hosting.

    Is there anyone that can help me fix this? I’m not smart when it comes to php and all manner of website stuff.
