    I use this plugin for a couple of years now.
    What I see now is that there miss a LOT of store categories.
    In my store I have model-kits – cars
    But in the categorie mapping I didn’t see the store categorie model-kits – cars
    Some other categories are on the list, but around 40% are not.
    How do I enable that categories?
    They are now not in the feed and in that categories are hundreds of products.
    (I use the free version)
    Don’t know if that is a limitation of the free version?

    Hello @0108daniel,

    Upon navigating to the category mapping section, you should see all of your store’s categories automatically populated to match the corresponding merchant categories.

    Categories with subcategories (child categories) will appear in a structured hierarchy. The parent category will appear individually.

    If you’re using the latest version of the CTX Feed and still encountering issues, it’s likely due to cached data. To ensure all updates take effect:

    1. Clear the cache from any caching plugins you have installed.
    2. Additionally, clear the cache within the CTX Feed make feed page: https://prnt.sc/ZnBxobZFIjNZ

    Clearing both caches ensures that old data is removed and the updated category mapping information is fully loaded, resolving any discrepancies or display issues you may be facing.

    Thank you for your replay.
    The plugin was already up to date.
    I cleared the cache from our site and also in the ‘make feed’ page.
    I think it did the trick!
    Now I see all my other categories.

    Hi @0108daniel

    If you don’t see all the categories on the list the it must be caching. Please, clear all kind of caches you have on your site. If it remains the same, open a ticket here as we have to inspect it briefly.
