Missing a big feature

My client want to show his customers which people are coming to work for them… The customer can only see the team that is coming to him when he is logged in with the details we send him. Another missing feature is that you can personalize the emails that are send to employees when they have to work.

This two features would improve it from a 3-star rating till a 5-star rating.
