    Hi,

    I am using the plugin and I am missing 4 invoices. I checked cancelled, failed orders, etc. but I did not manage to find anything.

    However, I have two #100 invoices on two different payments from the same customer (one failed and the other one succeeded).

    Is there any way I can find those 4 missing invoices?

    Hi @elenaazcue,

    You can use the?Number Tools?extension to see the invoice logs.

    Please follow the steps below to do so:

    1. Download, install and active the last release of?Number Tools.
    2. Then, go to?WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Number tools > Document Numbers, select?Invoice?en click on?View?button.
    3. Now you will be able to track the invoice number sequence by date and order number.

    Hope it helps you to understand why this happened.

    Hi @elenaazcue,

    Thanks for the explanation, it was very clear to understand the issue.

    There is a known WooCommerce issue with a specific PayPal configuration, but we know another payment processor plugins has a similar behavior. This results in what is called a “race condition”: the processes start in parallel (not being able to see the other yet), doing the same tasks. The client receives two emails for their order (each with an invoice), stock gets reduced twice and other processes might be duplicated as well. Because an order can only have one invoice, only one of them ‘survives’ after the processes have finished.

    That said, I would like to know which specific plugin you are using to handle the Stripe payments. Could you please tell me its name, so I can pass all the information to the team and try find out what is happening in your case?

    P.S.: Just so you know, we also provide support in Spanish (I’m from Venezuela), although your English is better than mine, so feel free using the language you prefer!

    Elena ?lograste solucionar el error que comentas en el vídeo? A mí me ocurre también con un cliente con el pago por Tarjeta no uso pagos por Stripe, es por saber si como indica Yordan sí es debido al complemento.

    Gracias, si puedes comentarlo te lo agradecería para ver si consigo yo al menos saber por donde puede venir.
