    Hi,
    were running version 9.3.1. I can’t setup mail messaging because i’m missing the following part, what i’ve found in these topics.

    – Have you specified an email under Settings -> Offline Messages -> Email Settings?

    so i can’t provide anything relates to “Email Setting” because it’s not there.

    How do i get the chats send e-mail? Please help.

    Hi @deictman ,
    by your description it seems like you have configured the plugin to work in 3CX mode (settings > Advanced Features > 3CX ). In that case the whole chat data are routed to your PBX and that’s why it’s not possible to setup offline emails through the WordPress. Unfortunately for now that feature is not available in 3CX mode neither through your PBX settings.

    A oké, so if i do want the mail option i need to chose the other installation option.
    Will give that a try then.
