Missign fields wile viewing user profile

    When I would go into the admin of WP and go to USERS and could edit a user and it would show me all the fields that have been added. Now they are all missing. All I get is the WP basic fields. How can I get these fields back?

    Happy to give you admin access, just need a secure place to send the info.

    HI Houston, this plugin has never added fields to user profiles – only reported on fields that other plugins have added. It does allow one to add these same fields to the wp list, but that’s it.

    Perhaps you deactivated the plugin that added the fields?

    Anmari, could you recommend any other plugins that will show all the created user fields? I have already deleted the plugin that I guess I was using and I can not remember which one it was.

    I haven’t surveyed the options for awhile. They all store data in different ways so there’s no guarantee that they will pick up and reuse the data that’s there. Look at the names of the options in your database, and what your fields are called, also any special tables in your db. maybe that will give you a hint as to what you were using.
    Or ask your host if they can look at backups
