Missed chat notifications when online

    Hi
    Using your plugin but occasionally get notifications someone wants to chat via email when been online and no notification within the dashboard and no rings. We are online and receiving other chats no problem. We had wp rocket activated and have now deactivated just in case. What could be causing this? We can’t recreate what’s happening despite testing from various browsers and devices.

    Hi @lisalaw !

    WP Rocket (or any other caching plugin of course) could certainly play a role in this. Please monitor it and let us know if the problem persists.

    By the way are you using the On-Premise or Cloud chat mode?
