Missed admin images and plugin scripts

    I have new installation of WP. It has OK permissions and etc. but misses top admin bar CSS images. Also Contact Form 7 plugin misses name field content and adding fields drop down so I can’t add contact form elements or whole contact form as well (so there is a problem with scripts).

    I think this problems have common resolution. I’ve already tried to reinstall WP via auto update function with no luck.

    Please advice.

    I’ve made manual re-install. It didn’t help too.

    Also this problem doesn’t depend on browser used.
