Missaing Image Field

    Hello

    I have added Schema to about 3 listed items on my website. When testing these listings using Google Rich Test Results it is noted in Orange as usual that I have 3 missing areas 1. Dates x2 and 2. Image

    I uploaded each image which is the same as the listing to into the schema but Google does not find the image nor the dates.

    This happens across the website and also in blog articles. Please advise?

    “Noted in Orange means it’s a non-critical issue:

    If you need to resolve it, make sure the date format in your Schema looks like this: 2015-02-05T08:00:00+08:00. Additionally, ensure that you have uploaded an image for each listing. Check: https://prnt.sc/j2aOh1Nwyi9v

    Feel free to update the date format and images in your Schema markup accordingly, and let me know if you encounter any further issues.”

    I have been uploading images to the Schema since day 1. This is the purpose of my question. They are not showing in Google. My explanation was quite specific. None of them are showing my friend.

    Hello Mamunur

    yesterday I opened the support ticket as you suggested and await the reply and fix if possible.

    I have run this URL https://autotraderimports.com/listing/2018-audi-r8-spyder-from-uss-car-auction/ through both Schema.org and Google Rich Snippet check.

    Firstly I cleared Cloudflare, WP Rocket and then my browser. Ran the tests. Schema.org came back error free and shows the image has been accepted with no mention of dates and the product Schema only has the single date. Test OK

    I then ran it through Google where it comes back with these 3 soft errors. No Image and missing Dates (plural) I have gone over and over it time and time again and even crossed referenced it againts this URL https://autotraderimports.com/listing/2010-porsche-911-carrera-export-to-germany/ which somehow gets a perfect result from Google and has the same settings as the other URL

    I require some answers please or a refund as I will move back to the old bloated plugin if this is not fixed.
