Miss WebP image with Outlook Windows

@webalchlab This image is not available in WebP format at all (please see here). It is only available in JPEG format, so the source of the loading problem is quite different and is not related to image optimization.

I actually pasted the wrong link. The correct link was this one:

I noticed that the image name contained this suffix -optimized.jpg
So, I went to the WP Newsletter plugin and added this add_filter in function.php:

add_filter(“newsletter_message”, “my_filter_newsletter_message”, 10, 3);

function my_filter_newsletter_message($message, $email, $user) {

$message->body = str_replace(‘-optimized.jpg’, ‘.jpg’, $message->body);
$message->body = str_replace(‘-optimized.png’, ‘.png’, $message->body);

return $message;
}

Now everything is working correctly.

@webalchlab When writing a message to me, you forgot one important piece of information. You are not using the default plugin settings, but have changed “Image loading mode” to “Bypassing Nginx” in the Advanced Settings tab.

Please tell me why you use this mode? Please restore the default plugin settings and this problem will no longer occur.
