Mismatched Value [price]

    Hey, we’ve been using the plugin for a while and keep having the issue of mismatched price in the Diagnosis of Google Merchant center. It says price on landing page is not the same as the product. This happens for variable products which obviously have different prices. Strangely it does not happen for all products and sometimes it goes away after updates, sometimes not. Have you heard this before? Could not find anything in the search.

    I will try one more thing: I have a snippet that makes the prices for var. products appear like: “from xy€” instead of “xy€ – yx€”. Maybe this confuses the Google Bot.

    Hi,

    I’m assuming it can be a caching issue as it gets fixed by auto-update sometimes.

    Can you please clear you cache and manually update the feed?

    Also, can you please send me your feed link and link of the products that have different prices in the feed?

    Thank you Sadia! I have removed all the caching options and hope this helps in the future. Somehow the sale price also got lost from my feed, so I had to add it again and it looks good for now.
