Am I right in assuming you are using a multi-currency website such as Aelia or WCML (WPML) ? If so, the free version of our plugin does not support that and that is the reason for this.

Hi, we are using WOOCS – WooCommerce Currency Switcher. Will upgrading to Elite solve the issue or do we need to change our currency app also?
