Are you using Elementor Cloud service? I could see the Elementor Cloud CNAME record https://monosnap.com/file/nEnwLW4DfoEoUHqAnecUBjAjheZvEs. Unfortunately, it’s not a compatible hosting service with WP Staging. Read more here https://wp-staging.com/docs/list-of-compatible-hosting-providers/#Elementor_Cloud.

Your primary host is Hostinger, and it’s compatible with WP Staging. I can recommend you use Hostinger. It’s compatible with WP Staging.

i just want to add that we are working hard to make the wp staging staging feature compatible with elementor cloud. We will let you know when this is done.
