    Hi folks,

one question – the plugin works perfect without one small thing. In every confirmation email the {date} is not shown correclty, but the in {current-time} is correct. What I did wrong and how can I fix it?

    Your reservation data:
Reservation in ther name of: Max Mustermann
    for: 1 persons
    on: %A, 03Etc/GMT-2Sun, 03 Jun 2018 12:03:20 +0200 %e. %B %Y

You received this message from {link} at 3. June 2018 15:01.

    Thx for help.

    Frank

  • Hi Frank,

The date format is taken from your general WordPress settings area. I’d recommend checking that date format to make sure it’s correct.

If it is, but you’re still getting a problem, you may have a conflict with another plugin that is interacting poorly with the date formatting tool in WordPress. In that case, the quickest way to discover the source of the problem is to deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default theme like TwentySeventeen. You can then test it out. If it works, you can reactivate things one-by-one, testing as you go, until you find the source of the problem.

Ok, I can understand that, but I don’t understand why it is shown incorrect in {date} and correct in {current-time}. Should it not be the same, both wrong or both correct?

    Thx.

Also it looks like that in backend / reservations

    %A, 04Etc/GMT-2Mon, 04 Jun 2018 14:00:00 +0200 %e. %B %Y

No idea, I deactivated all plugins and switched to standard-theme – the same results.

    Hi @steinfranken,

What is the setting of the Date Format under your general WordPress settings? Are you using a multilingual plugin?

    Hi,

it’s correct that I use a multilingual-plugin. In settings I’ve tried all possible Date Formats to solve my problem but without any success!

What multilingual plugin are you using? I know that some people have had issues with qTranslateX and my FAQ includes some instructions for fixing issues with that plugin:

    Thx for help!!!
