    Hello,
    I am using this plugin, but having some critical issue need to quick fix as I received my customer complains.

    1> Once in past I received complaint that a customer clicks in the link from abandoned email body and he was logged in to someone else account which is major security breach, we thought it’s a one-off issue…
    2> We received another complaint from a customer whose email had the name of another customer in the email body so it seems the email is pulling wrong customer details in the email and list in the admin panel too. ( that mismatch name customer was last logged in on June 22 ).
    3> I checked emails sent by this plugin one other thing I notice, One customer profile has a Username, Nickname, Display name like xxx & have an email id like [email protected], There are no other details still in the email other name display on its email.

    It is a quite weird problem.
    Did you do an action such as moving, backup the site or any actions that lead to user ID’s change?

    Our plugin will capture the abandoned cart of the current customer based on his user ID and send emails to that customer’s ID.

    We have encountered the same problem and received complaints from users who landed on the wrong account. This is a major security problem.
