• Having misleading images in the screenshots section, showing features that are available only in the paid version makes this plugin something I’d rather not have on any of my sites. Having an approach like this, I wouldn’t trust the author (Huge-IT) either.

  • Здравствуйте Vladimir Vassilev
Please tell me what exactly is not clear from the screenshots?
As we have many type of contact us forms, like email [email protected], live chat, facebook page, so users can always ask any kind of question and we help with love. Besides that, FREE version includes all screenshots of the PRO version options in the General Options section.

I would like to know the real grounded reason for your 1 star. But in any case we appreciate your opinion

When I look for a plugin in the Directory, I check out the screenshots as the fastest way to know if a feature is there or not. Having this interface inside the plugin but being non-functional is a fraudulent behavior.

    Hello
Yes, I understand you, please if possible contact [email protected] and tell to the developer what is most necessary for you in the plugin, if it is a pro feature we will help you to add it in free version plugin .
