• The maintainers do not clearly describe the feature set of either the free plugin or the paid upgrade. Once I downloaded and installed the free version, I honestly couldn’t find any button or function that didn’t respond with a notification informing me that said function or button only works in the paid version.

This wouldn’t be so bad, except that you can only discover this once you have invested the time to download and install the plugin and then to create and upload a csv file.

It reminds me of those websites that offer a seemingly free service and get you to invest time filling out forms and going deeper and deeper investing more and more time until at the very end you are told you have to pay in order to save, download, or do anything to not lose what you just spent all that time creating.

Just be clear and accurate in your product descriptions! Anything less than that looks suspiciously like it is intended to purposefully mislead.
