    I found these notices in the CMS. On checking the theme’s code, the functions in question are present in the correct places. These error notices are misleading.

    Would it be possible to screenshot the relevant section from your theme’s code where wp_head can be seen?

    Sure thing. I don’t know how much of it you want to see. wp_head() is in head section in the theme code. Here is a screenshot.

    “Ask the user for the PHP version and the plugin version”.
