• Plugins from the outset should be clear about which features are free and which are not. It is misleading to “bait and switch”, switching off or restricting formerly free features AFTER coaxing in a large user base with said features. Does the developer not realise that it poses a grave inconvenience to store owners to be forced to switch plugins because of sneaky tactics like this?

Also, not all stores can afford to pay USD$149.00/year for a plugin that only does one tiny subset of a store’s functions! Imagine having to pay this for every plugin. You’d be paying a fortune – better to go with Woocommerce/WordPress alternatives at that rate!

I will change my rating if the developer reverts previously free features back to free!

Hi, we are very clear about our features, we provide this plugin for free and the change in v3.3 TrackShip was moved to its own integration plugin and the only reason for the delivered status was the automatic tracking automation that comes with TrackShip, this change was done to provide a more efficient plugin for our users. Anyway, we understand that some users need the Delivered status to mark orders manually and we just pushed a version and we added the option to create a custom Delivered status (WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Order statuses). I will appreciate if you can revise your review.
    Thanks
