• Being able to change individual cell size might seem like a fairly basic feature but you have to upgrade to get it. We went ahead and got the ‘pro’ add on so that we could edit the tables properly only to find out that we still don’t have access to individual cell settings.

    Apparently we need a different ‘pro’ upgrade to the ‘pro’ upgrade that we paid for, and with no response from tech support it just appears like they want to keep extracting money from you without giving access to the advertised features.

    I am really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the plugin.

    Actually, there is no option to change individual cell size, however, there’s option to change column/row size.

    And these options are available in the free version.

    Also, there’s no difference between different pro licenses in terms of features. Only difference is how many sites you can use the licenses on, e.g 1 site, 1000 sites, Unlimited Sites.

    If any pro features didn’t work for you, probably it was a bug or the pro add-on was not set up properly.

    I did response to your email with a similar message as the above. May be it ended up in spam or didn’t go through.

    Hi,

    I didn’t receive the reply, so yes it may have gone into spam/junk.

    We couldn’t see the cell options in the free version, it said you had to upgrade. What actually happened was we bought and activated the pro version but it then had both the free and pro plugins running at the same time. I activated the pro version again and it caused a fatal error and I then had to de-activate and delete the old version and update the pro version before I could get it to work again.

    Long story short – it works now.

    I’ve got an issue I need support with but the sign up process at https://wptablebuilder.com/community isn’t working – the emails aren’t being sent after sign up so can’t activate account. Where can I get support ?
