Misleading!

  • Read very carefully, the list of features on the description page is NOT for this particular plugin. It is for another plugin that cost. There is only ONE form that you can use and it only has 3 fields (Name, Email & Comments). There are plenty other form plugins that allow hundreds of more features. If you want something very basic (the most basic you can get), then this may be for you. However, it looks like the Paid version has good features.
