Mish-mash at top of my web page…

When I have PPC Tracker activated (or official statcounter as well!), I get some weird text at the top of my web site, something like this:
Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_REFERER in /hermes/bosnaweb03a/b2751/xxx/public_html/xxx.com/wp-content/plugins/ppc-fraud-detctor/ppc_fraud_detector.php on line 19
This problem disappears when I deactivate PPC Tracker, which is a wonderful sounding program – being able to track (and block) excessive ad-clicking ISPs would be very advantageous.
