Also if you can copy and Paste your Status System report (Go to WooCommerce > Status, Click on “Get system report”, then click on “Copy for support”) here would be great. Thanks

We just tested the option “Enable AJAX to add to cart buttons on archives” (WooCommerce option) and is working fine with Amazon Pay (see the screenshot).

Please let us know if you are using a plugin for the AJAX add-to-cart function.

    Hey @tajmohamed30

We also did some tests with a couple of plugins like “Side Cart WooCommerce” and the Ajax add-to-cart is still working.

Please let us know your settings and plugins that you are using (System Status report) so we can do more accurated tests.

    Hey @tajmohamed30

I just used Xootix plugin and on the side cart I’m not able to update qty even with “Amazon Pay plugin” deactivated. On the Cart page is working fine the QTY update.

With FunnelKit the Side Cart is working without a problem and I’m able to update the QTY everywhere

Please let me know if I’m missing something. The System report would be a great help for us.

    Hi @tajmohamed30,

I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to follow up regarding the system report. Were you able to share it with us? We are eager to investigate whether the issue lies with the Amazon Pay plugin.

In the event that the issue is unrelated to Amazon Pay, it would be greatly appreciated if you could adjust the review stars accordingly. Since it could not be a problem with Amazon Pay, it would be fair to focus the review solely on Amazon Pay, WooCommerce, and the Side cart plugin, along with the Standard Theme as Storefront. This will help us determine if the issue stems from Amazon or the theme.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,
    Christian

@christian1983 There is nothing in this review that needs reporting.

    1. Reviewers can be wrong. You correct them nicely and move on.
    2. No one owes you a reply in a review or a topic. If you never get a reply that is fine. Move on.

We ran into the same issue after doing a plugin update last night. Even after disabling the Xootix Side Cart plugin, our cart was still not working. After I disabled the Amazon Pay plugin, we were good to go. I cannot re-enable it now without it breaking our cart. Here is the error message we are receiving.

    [06-Sep-2023 04:38:52 UTC] get_cart was called incorrectly. Get cart should not be called before the wp_loaded action. Backtrace: require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘init’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WooCommerce->init, do_action(‘woocommerce_init’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WC_Amazon_Payments_Advanced->init, WC_Amazon_Payments_Advanced->init_gateway, WC_Gateway_Amazon_Payments_Advanced_Abstract->gateway_settings_init, WC_Payment_Gateway->init_settings, WC_Settings_API->init_settings, WC_Gateway_Amazon_Payments_Advanced_Abstract->get_form_fields, WC_Gateway_Amazon_Payments_Advanced_Abstract->has_other_gateways_enabled, WC_Payment_Gateways->get_available_payment_gateways, apply_filters(‘woocommerce_available_payment_gateways’), WP_Hook->apply_filters, WooCommerce\Square\Gateway->filter_available_gateways, WooCommerce\Square\Gateway\Gift_Card::cart_contains_gift_card, WC_Cart->get_cart, wc_doing_it_wrong.     Hey @topopti

After checking the log error. The plugin?WooCommerce Square is the one that calls the method?get_cartwithout checking if it is too early for it or not. Can you check deactivating Woo Square and then activating Amazon Pay?

    Best,
    Christian
