    Hi

I have muliple websites using your plugin which I have found very useful for mobile navigation as well as full site navigation.

After my last set of updates on multiple webistes I have found that all my styles, which are webiste specific, are not rendering correctly. I havn’t had an issue up untill now and I have had to revert the plugin back to version 4.1.3 to get the site looking correct.

Can you let me know why this is happening? I have seen you have added new functionalty withing the CMS for the updated plugin. Is there a way to keep the updates simple as before so I do not have to go through 20 sites to re configure and style each mobile menu.

    Thanks

    Hi Davidchapman1,

This issue has been fixed in the latest plugin update. I request you to update RM to its latest version (v4.1.9) and check.
Do let me know if you still face the issue.

    Regards,

Hi thanks for getting back to me regarding this issue.

Unfortunately after a test on a staging site this has not been fixed. All the styles are still not rendering correctly.

I did take some time to look into this further on a clients website after such a long time without a reply from responsive menu. I have found that you have rebuilt the menu using different id’s and classes through the structure of the main navigation eg. #responsive-menu-button > #rmp_menu_trigger-1015.

Can you please advise what is going on as I have multiple websites using this plugin and would be concerned that I need to go through them all to re build the styles the for each mobile menu!

If you could let me know if there will be any other changes that effect my menus as well most importanmtky will you be adding back the removed id’s and classes so I do not have to rebuild several webistes menus.

    Thanks

    Hi Davidchapman1,

You can replace #responsive-menu-button ID to the current menu ID e.g. #rmp_menu_trigger-1015.Similar to the menu container you can replace the old container id with the latest may it will be fixed the custom CSS issue. Let me know if you need more help. Once you apply such IDs this issue will never happen again. Let me know if you still face the same issue.

    Regards,
    Sumit
