Miscalculation

I have a strange issue with one invoice. The total price has been calculated incorrectly with one item being omitted.

Have since done a test copy of the order which does calculate correctly. At a loss as to how to fix this. Is it a bug? I have made screenshots but can’t upload them here (obviously!) Thanks!
