misaligned menu

    Good morning to you all.

    I’ve a problem: if I try to update theme on newest version, It contains a bug:
    Menù will appear misaligned (follow this link to see): https://ibb.co/DzNwq0m

    How can i resolve this? Because i can’t update theme by the way..

    I can’t replicate this on my test instance, the menu is aligned properly for me. Please provide us the URL to your site so we can take a look at the issue.

    Based on the screenshot, the problem might be only with the submenu, and this one can be aligned by following the documentation – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1145-how-to-align-submenu-items-to-the-left-side-in-neve.

    It will help us indeed to check the website if it’s publicly available, and you can share its URL.

    Good morning.

    the website it’s https://www.fidestsrls.it
    as you can see in mobile version, the menù isn’t aligned in center but the main category it’s staggered.

    The only solution I found is to push back the Theme to its previous version.

    News:
    Enroll to previous version of Neve Theme isn’t working, the bug still visible.

    I tryed with CSS and all but there isn’t a solution.

    Unfortunately, I can’t replicate this issue on my test instance and no other users reported it, so it may occur due to a plugin conflict on your end. Please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    Good morning

    I have performed step by step all the suggestions that have been given to me, but even by deactivating all the plug-ins the problem continues to persist.
    Trying to reorder the menu for the smartphone view, even if I lower the spacing to 1 or 10px, graphically realigns the menu, but then saving the changes the problem continues to persist.

    I noticed that you use the legacy style of Neve on your site, which may cause certain design issues in some cases. You could update to the new skin of the theme from the Customizer – documentation and check if this helps solve the alignment of the menu.
