Wrong Shipping Costs

  • Somehow my shipping costs are not displayed correctly in my invoices. On woocommerce itself the correct amount of shipping costs is shown, but when I print an invoice from Challan – PDF Invoice & Packing Slip for WooCommerce it says shipping costs 0.

    The total amount is correct, but the individual line that says what part of this is shipping costs is not.

    What could be the issue?

    This could be a site-specific issue. Could you please ensure that there are no conflicts with other plugins? To rule out conflicts, try disabling other plugins one by one, especially those related to WooCommerce or shipping.
