Minor bug-w New Conditional field, Need save/reopen to see fields in DropDown

A very minor bug-when setting up a new Conditional field on one of the inclueded forms, the DropDown (that should show the other fields the new field could be conditional on) has no content until the new field is saved and reopened.
You could fix this with an instruction box to save and reopen, till you fix the code.
