• This probably won’t come up too often on a production site, but it took me a while to figure it out on our test site! If a user subscribes to a category and you then later delete that user from the ‘Subscribers’ page in the backend, that user then will be unable to register using the same email. Registration will appear to work, but the email address is never added to the subscribers list.

    Hi, take a look in the trash for Subscribers, you need to empty the trash to delete a subscriber permantly.
