Attachments not going thru to Mailgun

I am running Post smtp 2.3.2. When mail is sent from either wp_mail or Contact Form 7 , the mail is received but not the attachment . When I disable Post SMTP, the attachment goes thru, so I don’t think it is a coding problem.
