Minor Bug: Settings link on Plugins page loads Settings page without tab focus

Hello,

Wanted to point out a minor bug.

If you click ‘Settings’ from the Plugins list you’ll get to the Settings page but it appears broken as the Settings tab isn’t in focus so the pane looks empty.

I believe it’s just the subview that’s incorrect in the URL.
