    Hi there,

    Could possibly be a plugin conflict. Please deactivate all the plugins on your site and then reactivate them one by one and see if the issue appears. if nothing happens, deactivate your child theme and just activate the WP-Forge theme. I want to see if maybe it’s something in your child theme. Once you have done both of these let me know.

    By the way, if you look at the demo for WP-Forge, https://themeawesome.com/themes/wpforge/, as well as the main site https://themeawesome.com, you will see that nothing like this is happening. So therefore I am thinking maybe a plugin is causing this or maybe something in your child theme.

    Again, please let me know.

    Yes, I did notice that there are no such errors on your website blogs.

    I attempted both – disabling the plugins and also changing theme to WP Forge (Parent). That error still appears.

    In the process, I also updated the WP Forge V 4.6.3. And with that the top navigation bar has become a bit taller than usual / maybe some padding is added.

    What could we do please?

    I took a look at your site and you have some issues with your css. first you have this:

    <link rel='stylesheet' id='parent-styles-css'  href='https://www.addwit.org/wp-content/themes/wp-forge/style.css?ver=6.2.1' type='text/css' media='all' />
    <link rel='stylesheet' id='child-styles-css'  href='https://www.addwit.org/wp-content/themes/AddwitTheme/style.css?ver=4.1' type='text/css' media='all' />

    then a few spaces down you have this:

    <link rel='stylesheet' id='wpforge-css' href='https://www.addwit.org/wp-content/themes/AddwitTheme/style.css?ver=6.4.3' type='text/css' media='all' />

    So you’re basically calling the style sheet twice. This tells me that your child theme is not configured correctly, and if its not configured correctly then its highly possible your other issues lie with the child theme as well.

    You stated that you deactivated all your plugins. Did your reactivate each, one at a time to see if they were the cause or did you just deactivate them all and then turn them back on again?

    The only thing is to give me admin access to the site so I can take a look. If you can do this, please visit my site and contact me via the contact page: https://themeawesome.com/contact/

    Also all of my sites are running 6.4.3 so the padding that your are seeing on your site is due to the child theme not being updated properly.

    Hey there,

    I used the credentials that you sent me yesterday and logged on to your site. I followed the steps I outlined for you above and I deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them one by one.

    It seems that one plugin, BadgeOS, is the one causing the issue you are experiencing. I did not create this plugin so I cannot help you with that. You may want to contact the plugin developer and see if they can possibly assist you.

    I also did correct the menu issue.

    Thank you so much!
    I will look into that issue with BadgeOS, Yes the posts are linked well now – in proper sequence… So nice!
    Best regards

    You are very welcome.

    One thing to remember, when using a theme, whichever theme it may be, if you experience an issue always deactivate your plugins and then activate them one by one, clear your cache, refresh your page and see if the issue comes back.

    Do this with every plugin. Usually you will find the issue is caused by a plugin. If you follow this and the issue persists after going through all the plugins, then check your child theme if you are using one.

    Just a few pointers to help you in the future if anything else arises.

    Thanks for using WP-Forge.
