Miniorange SSO issue

    Hi,

    I install LTI tool plugin and created a platform to connect Moodle LMS. On Moodle, When we launch an external tool to login then LTI connection does not complete and return an error message ‘JWT Signature did not verify. Please Try Logging in again.’

    When I enable debugging I found it redirecting to the MiniOrange plugin. I do not understand why it redirects to MiniOrange plugin.

    The client’s MiniOrange plugin version is 38.4.3.

    I check, and The Oauth SSO current version is 6.23.0. What is the reason for this different number of versions?

    – Do I need to install an updated plugin?

    – Why there is no option to update this plugin?

    – If required to update then what should be the steps to update it.

    I am new to the WordPress environment.

    Kindly suggest to me a possible solution.
