You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

I suppose that I should mention – If there is a plug-in that has to be purchased, The client will have to swallow the cost!

Which checks the cart by Product Category or Minimum Purchase Category, and if I understood you correctly, is what you’re looking for, isn’t it?

Unfortunately, the plug-in author tells me that this won’t address my issue.
