Minimum Spaces for event

    Hi I am working on a website and my client want to start event if certain amount of seat booked only. For ex – We want to start show(event) called “kingdom” if minimum 50 seat book before event start.

    Is there a way to set Minimum Spaces for event?

    We want to cancel event if Minimum amount of members don’t register before event started and cancellation email go to all registered attendees of that event that event is cancelled.

    We want to send cancellation email 6 hours before starting time of event.

    yes, you can set that in your event form under bookings/registration section.

    When creating/editing an event, under the section headed “Booking/Registration” there is a setting called “Total Spaces”.

    Simply set that to 50.

    You mean that Total Spaces is Minimum Spaces? I think you didn’t understand my point.

    I want to start particular event only if minimum spaces booked online. For ex – We can only start show(event) called “kingdom” if minimum 50 seat book before event start.

    If we get less than 50 space booked than we have to cancel that event.

    We want to cancel event if Minimum amount of members don’t register before event started and cancellation email go to all registered attendees of that event that event is cancelled.

    Although there’s an option for setting a maximum number of spaces per event, there’s no minimum option currently available.

    That means you’d need to create some custom code for a function like this. In a nutshell, you’d need to check the number of spaces the event has and show / hide / cancel it accordingly.
