Minimum quantity pricing rules bug for mix & match

    So we have been using the Tiered Pricing Table plugin for a number of years now with no issues. However recently we are trying to add a mix & match option on certain products with a minimum order of 10 mixed units. This has been set as a pricing rule within the Pricing Rules menu. The problems seems to be either the customer must order a minimum of 10 of each eligible product regardless of the number of different products they select with the ‘Override product level rules’ enabled, of which 10 units are automatically added to the cart. Or with ‘Override product level rules’ deselected, the customer is free to order less that the minimum 10 mixed units.

    The Tiered Pricing Table plugin remains fully functional at individual product level and only the mix & match/minimum quantities pricing rules is causing issues. Is this a bug with the plugin? limitations of woo commerce or something else?

    Hello @theaquariumpeople this forum is for WooCommerce core only. The issue sounds like it’s with the 3rd party plugin which we do not support in this forum. Have you tried reaching out to them? Is their plugin up to date with the latest WooCommerce?
