    I have one award for reaching a minimum number of points. (50)

    I have text in description box and congratulations box.

    But the email to person says

    “You unlocked the Pin by completing the following steps:”

    And that’s it…blank. (Obviously, no steps” are selected for this particular award.)

    Emails work as expected when completing steps.

    Hi @pwizard,

    It’s because you are sending the default email for achievements. Please, go to GamiPress menu -> Settings -> Emails -> Emails Templates. Here you can modify the content of the emails (or disable them) that are sent for GamiPress earnings.

    Thanks, but the problem would still exist.

    I have PINS as achievements. One particular pin uses min number of points, all the rest a step or two. So there is only ONE email for ACHIEVEMENTS. So I don’t see any way to differentiate.

    With the Emails by Type add-on you can send personalized emails by Achievement type or individual Achievement.
